Meet the Team

Charleston PC Help, LLC is owned and operated by two local engineers. We have full time jobs and enjoy helping other people in our area to solve their electronics issues in our spare time. Charleston PC Help, LLC is based in Hanahan, South Carolina and serves the low country. Take a few minutes to get to know us personally by reading the information below.

Steven Tully

Steven is an Auburn University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He has 12 years of experience in computer repair (both hardware and software) and has extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, various software, and a strong background in Linux operating systems. While attending college, he held a co-op job with Marconi Communications in LaGrange, Ga and worked closely with the network administrator there as well as the CAD team and engineering team. His next position was in the Auburn University microelectronics lab developing and fabricating MEMS devices. After his co-op work, he was employed by the Auburn University Physics Department as the Network Engineer maintaining the 48 node Linux cluster and assisting professors and staff with computer related problems. After obtaining his degree, he worked for a short time with Archangel Systems Inc. in the microelectronics area and also helped with their local network administration.

Steven moved to Charleston when the opportunity became available and is working as a local Network Administrator at this time. Shortly after moving to Charleston, he worked with the Geek Squad for a year and a half and after some scheduling issues, he decided to try to venture out on his own to provide a more personalized service that fit his schedule. He is now providing services for you and is available most afternoons and weekends.

Caanan Tully

Caanan is an Auburn University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. She has ten years of experience with Web Site Design. She is very knowledgeable with html, php, css, and mysql. She also knows some javascript, java, and flash. When it comes to Web Design, she is a genius! Over the past three years Caanan has taken up the hobby of image manipulation--that is, she takes images and enhances them to create icons, headers, or other images. Some of her icons have won contests in a few livejournal communities.

Caanan moved to Charleston for work once she graduated college and worked as an engineer for two years, until she married Steven. At that time, she decided to take a break to turn the house into a home and once the house was in order, she took a position as a local customer service representative. Caanan always enjoys a challenge and she would love to use her knowledge and expertise to build your custom website or design your customized logo or graphic.
